Availability

All items listed on our website are in stock, except for items that are not yet released which are clearly marked as 'pre orders' (with the release date in the product information listing).

Our availability and stock levels shown on the website are generally very accurate. If an item is not available, the rest of your order will be shipped and the remaining items sent once available.

Payment

We accept payments by credit / debit card and Paypal .

Pre Orders

We accept pre orders for the majority of future releases. Pre order products are clearly marked in both the product title and description in the product information listing, along with scheduled release date. Slot City wish to express that it cannot be held responsible for the withdrawal, or failure to supply this item by the supplier, and will refund monies paid immediately if unable to supply (if pre paid by Paypal). Slot City will also refund monies paid via Paypal for pre orders upon request, if unreasonable late supply becomes an issue. Credit card and debit card customers will not be charged for pre orders until the item is in stock and ready to ship.

Customers have the right to cancel any pre orders at any time, this can be done by sending us an email with the order numbers and products to be cancelled. If the price of a product goes down prior to release, you will be charged at the new lower price. If the price of a product goes up prior to release it may be necessary for us to revise the pre order price - we will contact all customers affected prior to making any changes to pre orders.

Prices

The prices shown on our website are what you will be charged - there are no hidden charges. All shipping charges (payable by non-UK customers only) are clearly displayed during checkout, with VAT being automatically deducted where applicable.

Shipping charges are also displayed on the shopping cart page. If you are not logged in to the website you will need to select your country from the drop down list in the shipping estimate section for these to be accurate.

VAT (Sales Tax)

By default, all of our prices are displayed inclusive of VAT which is payable on all orders shipped within the EU. VAT is not payable on orders shipped outside of the EU and will be automatically deducted by our website.

For our website to know you are outside of the EU, and that VAT should be deducted, you need to be logged in - this happens automatically as part of the checkout process. We advise customers outside of the EU to login to our website at all times (even when browsing) so that all prices are displayed correctly.
