Shipping Information: UK Customers

Shipping is free on all deliveries within the UK (including the Channel Islands).

Orders are sent via either Royal Mail 1st Class Post, or Next Day Courier. Whilst most orders will be delivered within 1-3 days, unfortunately some items can take longer. If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email please contact us. Please note however that Royal Mail do not consider items to be lost until 14 days after posting.

Shipping Information: Non-UK Customers

(We ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the USA).

A shipping charge is payable on all items, with the charges set on a product by product basis dependent upon weight. All charges are clearly displayed on the shopping cart page after each item is added (simply select your country from the drop down list for an estimate prior to making a purchase), and again during checkout.

If you wish to return an item please send us an email for further information.

We offer a full refund or exchange on any items that are damaged or faulty upon receipt.
