History
Black Swan returned to full-time American Le Mans Competition in 2009 at the Petit Le Mans Race at Road Atlanta whilst also developing the Ford GT in collaboration with Ford Racing. Partner, Falken Tire, a name globally renowned within motorsports and the ultra high performance tyre market, is part of the team for this American Le Mans series. Historically, the companies’ rich racing heritage spans from 24 hour racing at Germany’s Nurburgring to Japan’s Super Taikyu GT series. In recent years, Falken’s accomplishments include breaking the world record at the infamous Pikes Peak International Hillclimb and dominating D1’s World Drifting Championship.
The Ford GT 2004 is a modern version of the Ford GT40 from the 1960s. The car is now being entered into GT racing around the world.
